It’s time we give in to the need for a Stress Buster!


I was reading this article in Times of India about Rising Burnout in Corner offices and CEOs quitting early. I can so much relate with this article. The stress levels at CXO level has risen to unimaginable levels.


The increased stress level impacts at multiple level. One, it impacts family life. Two, It definitely impacts mental health. Third, indirectly, it impacts the physical health also. Many take to smoking and drinking beyond acceptable limits. This increase the chances of Lung Cancers and Liver Failures. Many who could not handle the mental fatigue end up at Neurology Clinics. Not with standing even some of these Best Neuro-Surgeons may be fighting stress levels too.


The year 2020 and 2021 has not been kind to our types. But this cannot continue to go on like this. We should all take a simple resolve of finding out means and ways of fighting the stress levels.


1. Smaller getaways with family can help.

2. Disciplining the time spent online will definitely help.

3. Taking required amount of sleep is necessary.

4. Blocking unnecessary information is important for brain health.

5. A weekend in an Ayurveda Institute can be a big stress buster.


The way the world is moving, stress levels are bound to increase. It is time to deliver a counter punch to stress- a stress buster break ! Even a 2 day break not far away from home but surely far away from emails and messages will help you think better.
